<br />This Quitclaim and grant of Easement Agreement
<br />("Agreement") is made and entered into as of

<br />release and forevery quitclaim to Paragon Center Associates_,
<br />a California general partnership, all of its right, title, and
<br />interest in adn to the following described real property: All
<br />that certain real property located in the City of Redwood City,
<br />County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly
<br />described in Exhibit "A"
<br />Easements - Grant of Easement -Paragon Center Associates grants
<br />the City of Redwood City a perpetual easement and right-of-way
<br />for street and public utility purposes, including the right-of-
<br />way for street and public utility purposes, including the right
<br />to install, construct, maintain, operate, repair and replace
<br />(in the original or any other size) such street and public utility
<br />improvements as said City may determine
<br />Grant of Easement - Paragon Center Associates grants to the City
<br />of Redwood City a perpetual easement and right-of-way for public
<br />utilities and appurtenances, including the right to install,
<br />construct, maintain, repair, operate and replace (in the
<br />original or any other size) such public utilities and appurtenances

<br />2195 Grant of Easement- William F. Galvin and Maude Lucille Galvin
<br />grant to the City of Redwood City an easement for the construction,
<br />maintenance, repair, replacement (in the original or any other size)
<br />and use of sidewalk, pathway, parkway, street, and planter strip
<br />improvements and appurtenances within all that certain real property
<br />situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of
<br />California, more particularly described as Exhibit "A" hereof, and
<br />as shown on that certain plot marked Exhibit "B" hereof, which
<br />Exhibits are attached hereto and by this reference incorporated

<br />2196 Easement -Larry S. Kataoka and Ann K. Kataoka Brant the City of
<br />Redwood Citythe following described real property in the
<br />County of San Mateo. An Easement for the installation, operation
<br />and maintenance of underground water transmission facilities
<br />within the property described on Exhibit "A" (consisting of
<br />7 pages),
<br />That portion of the easement described in "Description Number
<br />One (1) shall bear EXCLUSIVE rights of use whereas that portion
<br />described in "Description Number Two (2)" shall bear NON -exclusive
<br />rights of use.
<br />2197 Grant Deed -Jack E. and_Janyce Turturici and Tim McKeegan aka Timothy
<br />John McKeegan hereby grants to the City of Redwood City the real property
<br />in the County of San Mateo, State of California described as A
<br />non-exclusive easement for installation, operation, and maintenance
<br />of underground water transmission facilities within the property
<br />described on Exhibit "A" (consisting of 3 pages) attached hereto.
