In contemplation of this Agreement,~City has made <br />arrangements for the concurrent removal of all electric <br />and communication aerial distribution facilities within <br />the District. <br /> <br />5. Pacific is willing to underground its existing aerial <br />communication facilities within the District, subject <br />to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. <br /> <br />In consideration of the above, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />C. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS <br /> <br />l. Pacific <br />shall have the right to review the entire bid <br />package prior to the solicitation of bids for the <br />Project.
