Those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for <br /> <br /> <br />Lakeside Subdivision Unit No.2", and those certain <br /> <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Standard Technical Specifications for <br /> <br />Public Works Projects Dated September 1982", and the City's <br /> <br /> <br />Standard Details, which plans and specifications are now on file <br /> <br /> <br />in the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and <br /> <br /> <br />adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the <br /> <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Tha t certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Lakeside Subdivision Unit No.2", (form dated 08/08/90), a copy <br /> <br />of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
