<br />DES:djk 08/08/90 (003/28) <br />OiDl;~f',j <br />i\!UJ I,ll.,... <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11 G)(\'O <br />..ltr}\~) <br /> <br />K'.l 'f <br />Pi U ,J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED <br />WITHIN PARCEL 1 OF PARCEL MAP NO. 79-10 IN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, <br />STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OP THE STATE OP CALIPORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City, by <br />its Resolution No. 11347, adopted July 23, 1990, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described public utility <br /> <br />easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described public <br /> <br />utility easement has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of vacating said <br /> <br />easement has been held and evidence thereon received; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described public utility easement is unnecessary for <br /> <br />present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said <br /> <br />easement vacated. <br /> <br />2. The public utility easement vacated hereby is described <br /> <br />in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />reference. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record a certified <br /> <br />copy of this resolution and order in the office of the County <br /> <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
