<br />CES:djm <br /> <br />/10/90 (047/27) <br /> <br /><..' \. ~ r '~.;.... <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. ~1 <br /> <br />1i 1',\ \ <br />J U L 2 {;, ':?~)~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />KENNEDY/JENKS/CHILTON FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES RELATING TO A STUDY OF ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF <br />MANAGING WET WEATHER SEWER FLOWS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City intends to conduct a study to review <br /> <br />alternative methods of managing City's wet weather sewer flows; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage Kennedy/Jenks/Chilton, Inc., <br /> <br />of Palo Al to, California, for certain services, including, but <br /> <br />not limited to, consulting engineering services necessary to <br /> <br />conduct said study ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant has represented to City that it is <br /> <br />uniquely qualified and experienced to perform those services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Kennedy/Jenks/Chilton, Inc., of Palo Alto, California, <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />For Consulting Engineering Services <br /> <br />Necessary To Conduct a Study Of Alternative Methods of Managing <br /> <br />Redwood City's Wet Weather Sewer Flows" (form dated 05/10/90), a <br /> <br />copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
