Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Melroe <br /> <br /> <br />Company or in the aforementioned agreement between that company <br /> <br />and the United States of America under Contract No. GS07F-17056, <br /> <br /> <br />or any amendment thereto or extension thereof, is hereby waived. <br /> <br />3.
