<br />DES:dik n7/16/90 (070/26) <br />DES:d]k 7/23/90R <br /> <br />G~ j'~\~ I -c: ~ [, f: ~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />J /2:>5/ <br /> <br />'JUL 2 3 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING TO WATER <br />CIRCULATION ANALYSES OF REDWOOD SHORES LAGOON <br /> <br />(GID 1-64 - CAMP, DRESSER & McKEE, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br /> <br />requires engineering services relating to water circulation <br /> <br />analyses of the Redwood Shores Lagoon; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc., Inc., has represented <br /> <br />to this Council that it is experienced and qualified to perform <br /> <br />the abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br /> <br />agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />ACTING FOR AND ON BEHALF OF REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />DISTRICT NO. 1-64, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 and Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc., <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement - for Engineering Services - Lagoon System at <br /> <br />Redwood Shores" (form dated 07/23/90R) a copy of which is on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
