Plans to include <br />proposed measures to prevent erosion and polluted runoff from all site <br />conditions shall be submitted for approval by CDD prior to beginning <br />construction. As site conditions warrant, the City Engineer may direct the <br />applicant to implement additional winterization requirements. <br />[COA][ENGINEERING] <br />50. Grading — Grading shall be performed in accordance with the City's <br />Engineering Standards. Soil or other construction materials shall not be <br />stockpiled in the public right-of-way. Submit cut/fill volumes (CY) for all <br />soils to be imported to or exported from the site. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />51. Monitoring - The Soils Engineer shall conduct continuous site inspections <br />during trenching and backfill operations at the applicant's expense. Temporary Signs — A separate permit is required for banners or other <br />temporary signage on the site. [SDR][PLANNING] <br />56. Sign Design — Raceways, mounting brackets, conduits, transformers or <br />other mechanical or electrical attachments shall be hidden from view <br />unless specifically approved by the Zoning Administrator. <br />[COA][PLANNING] <br />57. Installation Work — Installation work conducted over the public right-of- <br />way shall require an Encroachment Permit and comply with Engineering <br />standards. Furniture Quality - All outdoor patio furniture shall be commercial grade <br />and manufactured for outdoor commercial use.
