EXHIBIT A 1. Scope of Work/ Tasks Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals to perform exterior and interior painting and specialized floor and roof/deck membrane coatings for waterproofing at municipal facilities on an as -needed basis for the City. This work includes: 1. Communicating and scheduling with City staff at each project site; 2. Mobilization and demobilization at project sites; 3. Painting and/or waterproofing work complying with City Engineering Standards (http://www.redwoodcity.org/departments/community-development- department/engineering-transportation/engineering/engineering -standards). If City Engineering Standards are not available, labor and materials shall comply with applicable State of California standards or other standard as requested by the City. 4. Site clean-up Invoicing Contractor will submit itemized monthlv invoices with location and work performed to: Public Works Services Department. Attn: Environmental Initiatives Coordinator. 1400 Broadwav Street. Redwood Citv. CA 94063. Work performed must be approved by the Citv before navment can be made. California State Contractor's License Contractor shall maintain for the duration of the Agreement and any and all amendments, an active contractor's license from the California Contractor's State License Board related to painting services. 2. Pavment Terms. Contractor shall provide the service outlined herein on an hourly basis not to exceed $55,500. Fees will be billed based on the actual hours used per the labor rate schedule as delineated below.
