Tonnage of Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, Universal Waste, and 3153 Organic Materials listed separately by materials type and Service Sector and the 3154 facility where materials were delivered (e.g., Designated Transfer and 3155 Processing Facility). 3156 8. Monthly Overall Diversion Level, monthly SFD Diversion Level, and the monthly 3157 Commercial Diversion Level (each stated as a percentage) and calculated in 3158 accordance with Attachment I. 3159 9. Targeted Recyclable Materials, Used Motor Oil and Used Motor Oil Filters, 3160 Household Batteries, Cell Phones, and Organic Materials Collection participation 3161 and set-out rates. 3162 10. Tonnage of materials Collected from On-Call Bulky Item Collection services 3163 described in Sections 5.05, 5.06 and 5.12, community collection events as 3164 described in Sections 5.13 and 5.14, and abandoned waste clean-up events 3165 described in Section 5.09, reported separately by material type Collected and 3166 listing destination where materials were delivered (e.g., Goodwill Industries, 3167 Designated Transfer and Processing Facility, etc.). 3168 11.
