<br />REV: 03-16-18 MI <br />ATTY/AGR/2018.054/RECOLOGY OF SAN MATEO ATTACHMENT A <br />Page 14 of 18 <br />Recycling Blitz <br />"Recycling Blitz" means a Contractor outreach campaign, undertaken pursuant to Section 7.09, <br />to implement or enhance Recycling or Organics Collection service at Commercial, Mixed Use, <br />and Multi-Family Dwelling Customers. <br />Recycling Tote-Bag <br />"Recycling Tote-Bag" means a durable, mesh plastic bag with handles and a carrying capacity of <br />approximately eight (8) gallons distributed to Multi-Family Dwelling Residential Premises and <br />Multi-Family Residential complexes for personal Recycling use. <br />Recyclable Containers <br />"Recyclable Containers" means food and beverage packaging receptacles including but not <br />limited to packaging that has California Redemption Value. <br />Recyclable Materials <br />"Recyclable Materials" means Discarded Materials that can be re-used, remanufactured, <br />reconstituted, or Recycled. <br />Related Party Entity <br />"Related Party Entity" means any Affiliate which has financial transactions with Contractor <br />pertaining to this Agreement. <br />Residential <br />“Residential” means of, from, or pertaining to Single-Family Dwellings, Multi-Family Residential <br />complexes, including single-family homes, apartments, condominiums, townhouse complexes, <br />mobile home parks, cooperative apartments, and yacht harbors and marinas where residents live <br />aboard boats. <br />Residential Diversion Level <br />“Residential Diversion Level” means the sum of all Residential Recyclable Materials Collected by <br />Contractor divided by the sum of all Residential materials Collected by Contractor. For the <br />purposes of this definition, Recyclable Materials Collected shall include the sum of Targeted <br />Recyclable Materials, Other Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials Collected, without <br />adjusting for Contamination. Materials Collected from Mixed Use Buildings shall be included in <br />the calculation of the Residential Diversion Level to the extent materials from such Customers are <br />combined during Collection with materials from Residential Premises. <br />Residential Premises <br />"Residential Premises” means individual dwelling units such as Single-Family Dwelling units, <br />Multi-Family Dwelling units (such as townhouses, apartments, and condominiums), mobile home <br />park dwelling units, cooperative apartments, and dwelling units at yacht harbors and marinas <br />where residents live aboard boats. <br />Residential Property <br />"Residential Property" means property used for residential purposes. <br />6.2.B. - Page 146
