Submittal of <br />Inaccurate Report, <br />Application, <br />Proposal, or Other <br />Submittals and <br />Correspondence <br />Report, application, proposal or <br />correspondence submitted does not <br />contain inaccurate, misleading or <br />erroneous data and information. <br />For each day Contractor fails to submit <br />corrections or restatements rectifying the <br />inaccurate, misleading or erroneous data <br />and information contained in reports, <br />applications, proposals or <br />correspondence submitted to Agency or <br />SBWMA commencing with the third (3rd) <br />Business Day after receiving notification <br />from Agency or SBWMA of Contractor <br />having submitted inaccurate, misleading <br />or erroneous data and information. <br /> <br />The data and <br />information <br />contained in <br />Contractor’s <br />submittal shall be <br />recorded and <br />verified for <br />accuracy by <br />Agency or <br />SBWMA. <br />$250 per day <br />for each day <br />inaccurate or <br />erroneous <br />information is <br />not corrected <br />by Contractor <br />commencing <br />with the third <br />(3rd) Business <br />Day after <br />receiving <br />notification <br />from Agency or <br />SBWMA of <br />Contractor <br />having <br />submitted <br />inaccurate, <br />misleading or <br />erroneous data <br />and information <br />3.
