ATTACHMENT M <br /> <br />REV: 03-16-18 MI <br />ATTY/AGR/2018.054/RECOLOGY OF SAN MATEO ATTACHMENT N <br />Page 1 of 175 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />FRANCHISE FEE <br />In consideration of the exclusive franchise granted to Contractor by this Agreement, and to <br />reimburse Agency for costs incurred in administering this Agreement, Contractor shall pay to <br />Agency an annual Franchise Fee payment of 13%. <br /> <br />AB939 FEE <br />To reimburse Agency for the cost of administering diversion programs established in response <br />to statewide diversion goals set forth in AB 939 (Public Res Code ss 41780 et seq.) and <br />amendments thereto, Contractor shall pay to Agency an annual AB 939 fee of 0.4%. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE FEE <br />In consideration of the exclusive franchise granted to Contractor by this Agreement, and to <br />reimburse Agency for costs incurred in administering solid waste and recycling programs, <br />Contractor shall pay to Agency an annual Administrative Fee of 0.25%. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />6.2.B. - Page 230
