Any or all of such actions shall be subject to any <br />significant or substantial factual or numerical deviations adversely affecting the <br />election results shown on Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 9. The City Clerk shall submit the amended ratified sections of <br />the City Charter to the Secretary of State and file a copy with the County <br />Recorder, pursuant to Government Code Section 34459, 34460 and Elections <br />Code Section 9269. Such action shall be subject to any significant or substantial <br />factual or numerical deviations adversely affecting the election results shown on <br />Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 10.
