Mayor Ruskin <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />1111111111I 111111111I111111111111 I11I11111111I111111111 <br /> <br />2000-041.948 <br />Ø4/12/2ØØØ Ø2:37P <br />ES Page: 8 of 8 <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />MIS: IraIHoward Approve the Motion to Accept deeds of easement from Homestead <br />Village, Inc. and Circle Star Center Associates for constructing water lines and <br />appUrtenances, and direct the City Clerk to accept on behalf of the city, said deed of <br />easement pursuant to Resolution No.1 0944, adopted December 5, 1988 and to <br />record a certified copy of this Resolution and Minute Order in the Office of the San <br />Mateo County Recorder. <br /> <br />MIS: IraIHoward Approve the Motion to Accept deed of right-of-way from <br />Homestead Village and Circle Star Center Associates for a portion of Industrial <br />Road, and direct the City Clerk to accept on behalf of the City, said deed of right-of- <br />way pursuant to Resolution No. 10944, adopted December 5, 1088, and to record a <br />certified copy of this Resolution and Minute Order in the Office of the San Mateo <br />County Recorder.
