<br />6. / F - .go <br /> <br />A 'IT A CHMENT 2 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />CASA DE REDWOOD <br /> <br />SOLAR PANEL REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />THIS <br /> <br />AGREEMENT, <br /> <br />made and <br /> <br />entered <br /> <br />into <br /> <br />this - day <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />, 2005, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, (City), and CASA DE REDWOOD, a <br /> <br />California non-profit organization ("Contractor") (collectively the "Parties"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Contractor <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />maXimize <br /> <br />energy <br /> <br />savIngs <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />renovating/improving its facility (the "Project"), located at 1280 Veterans Boulevard, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, which provides services to low income and disabled seniors <br /> <br />who are residents of the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to complete <br /> <br />the Project that will benefit residents of City during the fiscal year commencing on <br /> <br />July 1, 2005, and ending June 30, 2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and the Project and desires to <br /> <br />allocate to Contractor the sum of Thirty Thousand and Noll 00 Dollars ($30,000.00) from <br /> <br />its Community Development Block Grant funds for the Program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Financial Assistance. City will allocate to Contractor the sum of Thirty <br /> <br />Thousand and No/IOO Dollars ($30,000.00) for exclusive use by Contractor during the <br /> <br />8/30/05 km <br />
