Compliance with California Labor Laws and Federal Requirements. <br /> <br />Contractor agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit "C," <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and cause the terms and conditions <br /> <br />set forth in Exhibit C to be incorporated into Contractor's contract for the Project. Proof <br /> <br />thereof shall be submitted to City prior to the commencement of any improvement <br /> <br />referenced in Exhibits A and B. <br /> <br />22. General Compliance with Laws. Contractor will keep fully informed of <br /> <br />federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in any manner affect <br /> <br />those employed by Contractor, or in any way affect the Project by Contractor. <br /> <br />23. Lead-Based Paint. The use of lead-based paint is prohibited. In the event <br /> <br />lead-based paint is found on residential property, appropriate abatement procedures may <br /> <br />be required by City. <br /> <br />24. Notices.
