Public comments can be shared with Council <br />on 12/19 and through the 1/23/06 meeting <br /> <br />. Council will consider approval of Plan and next <br />bond issue on Jan. 23, 2006 <br /> <br />. Rate adjustments necessary to cover <br />additional cost of recycled water project <br />financing will take effect July 1, 2006 <br />
