EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> This fee schedule is based on two factors: <br /> 1 ) A per permit cost to visit the site property, and <br /> 2) An additional cost based on the quantity of trees present in the permit. <br /> <br />Further, the cost for Removal Permits differs from the cost for Pruning Permits based on <br />the varied scope of services rendered, the time required tc perfcrm the type of <br />inspections and the different levels of recommendations requested by the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />1. Tree Removal Permit Applications: <br /> a) Thirty dollars ($30.00) per property, plus forty-five dollars ($45.00) per <br /> tree. Thus, one tree on a property will cost $75, two trees on a <br /> property will cost $120, three trees on a property will cost $165, etc. <br /> <br />2. Tree Pruning Permit Applications: <br /> a) Thirty dollars ($30.00) per property, plus thirty dollars ($30.00) per <br /> group of up to five trees at the same address. Thus, one to five trees <br /> on a property will cost $60, six through ten trees on a property will <br /> cost $90, etc. <br /> <br />Ray Morneau shall invoice the City of Redwood City for services rendered, and such. <br />invoices shall be payable upon receipt. Invoices shall include a one-line-per-item <br />summary of the address, species, # of trees and type of inspection (pruning or removal). <br /> <br /> <br />
