EXHIBIT "A" PROPERTY OF ROBERT & LANA SOLDANO (Commonly Known as 555/561 Canyon Road) PARCEL ONE: A portion of Lot 8 in Block 27, as shown on that certain map entitled "OAK KNOLL MANOR," filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on May 10, 1916 in Book 10 of Maps at pages 4 to 11, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the Southwesterly boundary of the aforementioned Lot 8, said point lying Southeasterly, along the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 306.84 feet, a central angle of 2°36'55" and a center which bears South 47°41'55" West from said point of beginning, an arc distance of 14.01 feet from the most Westerly corner in the boundary of said Lot 8; thence from said point of beginning, North 45°05' East 42.61 feet; thence North 63°00' East 48.36 feet; thence North 53°51'44" East 86.91 feet; thence South 24°22'10" East 111.60 feet; thence South 70°00' West 160.31 feet to a point in the aforementioned Southwesterly boundary of Lot 8; thence along said boundary, Northwesterly, along the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 306.84 feet, a central angle of 12°19'22" and a center which bears South 60°01'17" West from the last mentioned point, an arc distance of 65.99 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL TWO: A portion of Lot 8 in Block 27, as shown on that certain map entitled "OAK KNOLL MANOR," filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on May 10, 1916 in Book 10 of Maps at pages 4 to 11, being described as follows: BEGINNING at the most Westerly corner of said Lot 8; thence from said point of beginning along the Southwesterly boundary of said lot, Southeasterly along the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 306.84 feet, a central angle of 2°36'55" and a center which bears South 45°05' West from said point of beginning, an arc distance of 14.01 feet; thence leaving said boundary, North 45°05' East 42.61 feet; thence North 63°00' East 48.36 feet; thence North 53°51'44" East 86.91 feet to the Southwesterly line of the lands conveyed to Joseph P. Hanlon, et ux, by deed recorded February 21, 1956 in Book 2972 of Official Records at Page 126, Records of San Mateo County, California; thence North 24°22'10" West, along said Southwesterly line, 45.00 feet to the Northwesterly line of said Lot 8; thence along said Northwesterly line, South 45°05' West 189.98 feet to the point of beginning.
