Redwood Citv 2020 Executive Team Role: Oversees operational coordination of Redwood City 2020 initiatives by supporting and advising the Executive Director, reviewing data and aiding the evaluation of programs and initiatives, making recommendations to the Leadership Council regarding policy, program and resource allocation, identifying challenges and community needs and developing suggestions for solutions, aligning the values and purposes of member organizations and Redwood City 2020, building and maintaining collaborative, cross -sector relationships, developing and monitoring financial resources, and promoting integration of efforts. Membership: Each Redwood City 2020 partner organization that contributes at least $25,000 per year to support the collaborative is entitled to membership on the Executive Team. Typically, the member will be the Chief Executive Officer of the organization or serve at the senior management level. Structure: The Executive Team will annually select a Chair from its members, who will be responsible for co -leading the meetings of the Executive Team in partnership with the Executive Director, serving as liaison between the Executive Team and the Leadership Council, and working with the Executive Director to develop meeting agendas. Meetings: The Executive Team will meet at least six (6) times annually. Additional meetings will be scheduled as needed.
