CONVENE TO THE JOINT MEETING OF THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />BOARD AND CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and <br /> will be enacted by one motion and one vote.
