EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Project Description: <br />The consultant will provide risk consulting and verification of standards compliance for The <br />Magical Bridge Playground Project, including the inspection of the playground over three <br />phases: <br />Phase I - Planning <br />Reviewing designs starting with conceptual <br />Work with team on securing the most appropriate 'off the shelf' components <br />Risk evaluation of design <br />Compliance with: Appropriate ASTM Standards, Consumer Product Safety Handbook, <br />California Law as it pertains to playgrounds, ADA 2010 Standard for Accessible Design as <br />it pertaining to the play areas <br />Includes one 4 -hour meeting <br />Available for telephone consulting as needed. <br />Phase II - Construction <br />On site for installation <br />Inspection reports during installation <br />Continual review until park is finalized <br />Problem solving with on-site issues <br />Available for telephone consulting as needed. <br />Phase IIII - Completion Phase <br />Final inspection <br />Conduct independent audit <br />Develop maintenance manual and inspection forms specific to this park <br />On site for soft opening and play testing as children use new concepts in play for the first time <br />$15,500.00.
