October 23, 2017 - City Council approved a phased approach <br />for medical and adult use cannabis regulations. <br />Phase 1 (Completed): November 2017 – only deliveries from outside businesses and personal <br />cultivation allowed. <br />Phase 2 (Completed): Notify delivery operators that they need to obtain a business license and <br />pay the business license tax. <br />Phase 3 (This proposed action): allow cannabis delivery from <br />warehouse delivery centers and allow cannabis nurseries in <br />Redwood City, regulate deliveries originating outside Redwood <br />City. <br />Phase 4: Consider regulations to allow storefront retail cannabis businesses
