Indoor Nurseries <br />•Allowing indoor nurseries in industrial <br />zoning districts (IR, LII, IP, and GI Zoning <br />Districts) with a Conditional Use Permit. <br />•Defined as producing only clones, <br />immature plants, and seeds and other <br />agricultural products specifically for <br />planting and propagation. <br />•Plants would not be grown to maturity. <br />•Cultivation of mature plants would not <br />be permitted.
