18-6715 Redwood City | 8
Key Findings
Redwood City voters indicate that the quality of life here is very good, and they rate
City services positively.
Just over half are aware of the City’s need for additional funds.
Maintaining City services and public safety are high priorities and worthwhile
investments for Redwood City voters.
Initial support for a sales tax measure is well above the majority threshold needed
to pass. A TOT measure also garners strong support.
There is not a substantial difference in support between likely November 2018 and
likely November 2020 voters, indicating that a sales tax measure would be viable
for the November 2018 ballot.
