ATTACHMENT 1 TO DECLARATION OF AFFORDABILITY COVENANTS <br />Real property in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as <br />follows: <br />PARCEL ONE: <br />A PORTION OF LOTS 12 and 13, BLOCK 2, as delineated upon that certain Map entitled "TRACT <br />NO. 509 FRIENDLY ACRES SUBDIVSION NO. 2 IN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA", <br />filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on <br />January 18th, 1937 in Book 21 of Maps, at Page 32, 33, and 34, said portion being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the most Westerly corner of said Lot 12; thence Southeasterly along the <br />Southwesterly line of said Block 2, on the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 9816.91 feet <br />an arc distance of 1.38 feet to the true point of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence <br />continuing along last said line, along the arc of said curve, an arc distance of 53.62 feet <br />to a point in the Southwesterly line of said Lot 13 which lies 5.00 feet along said line from the <br />most Westerly corner of said Lot 13; thence leaving last said line and running parallel to and <br />distant 5.00 feet, measured at right angles, Southeasterly of the line common to said Lots 12 and <br />13, North 201 07' 54" East 90.62 feet to a point in the Northeasterly line of lands described in <br />Deed from State of California recorded May 25, 1959, in Book 3607 of Official Records of San <br />Mateo County, State of California, at Page 89; thence along last said line North 640 21' 12" <br />West 19.29 feet and Northwesterly along the arc of a curve to the left, tangent to the proceeding <br />course, with a radius of 1472 feet, through a central angle of 10 21' 45.6" an arc distance of <br />35.01 feet to a point which lies 1.38 feet, measured at right angles, Southeasterly of the <br />Northwesterly line of said Lot 12; thence leaving said Southwesterly line of lands of State of <br />California and running parallel to and 1.38 feet, measured at right angles, Southeasterly of said <br />Northwesterly line of Lot 12 South 191 50' 52.5" West 95.55 feet to the true point of beginning. <br />PARCEL TWO: <br />A PORTION OF LOTS 13, 14 and 15, Block 2, as designated on the Map entitled "TRACT NO. 509 <br />FRIENDLY ACRES SUBDIVISION NO. 2 IN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA", which <br />Map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of <br />California on January 18, 1937, in Book 21 of Maps at Pages 32, 33 and 34, said portion being <br />more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at a point on the Easterly line of said Lot <br />15, distant thereon South 210 00' 25.63" West 42.33 feet from the Northeasterly corner of said <br />Lot 15; thence North 641 21' 12" West, 146.86 feet to a point 5.00 feet Easterly at right angles <br />from the Westerly line of said Lot 13; thence South 201 07' 14" West 90.62 feet to the <br />Southerly line of said Lot 13; thence along said Southerly line and the Southerly line of said Lots <br />14 and 15, from a tangent that bears 690 50' 20.94" East along a curve to the right with a radius <br />of 9816.91 feet, through an angle of 01 50' 46.57", an arc length of 145.00 feet to said <br />ATTY/AGR/2018.027.1/MIDPEN MOSAIC GARDENS (ATHERTON COURT) DECLARATION OF AFFORDABILITY COVENANTS <br />REV: 02-22-1815 <br />Page 6 of 7 <br />
