EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES TASK 1 TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY of the "North End of Red Morton Park" that includes the Veterans Memorial Senior Center, Senior Center Annex, Resource Building, Herkner Pool and NFL Alumni Building and surrounding common areas. Primary address is 1455 Madison Ave. Redwood City. Provide a topographic survey at a scale of 1" = 20' of the area shown on the document attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C, which is incorporated herein by reference. • Show the location of existing trees, structures, walkways, fences, adjacent roadways, and utility information within the project areas. • Show location of utility vaults, manholes, catch basins and invert information of storm and sanitary sewers. • Show location of underground utilities such as gas, water and electric. • Location of any onsite utilities can be shown based upon available agency records. Mechanical detection of existing utilities is not part of this scope. Contours are to be shown at one (1) foot intervals or as appropriate to clearly define the slopes. Spot elevations to be shown to an accuracy of ±0.1 (one tenth) of a foot. Finish floor elevations to be shown to an accuracy of 0.01' (one hundredth) of a foot. TASK 2 BOUNDARY SURVEY Provide a boundary survey including tie-in with adjacent streets, curbs, sidewalks etc. Show boundary lines and easements. Prior to making this survey acquire available data and information related to deeds, maps, certificates or abstracts of title, section line and other boundary line locations in the vicinity. TASK 3 Ootional —Written authorization reauired Conform Survey: Provide a supplemental survey to collect additional data once the design is advanced to the degree that points of conform are known. TASK 4 Optional — Written authorization required Record of Survey: Provide a Record Survey in the event of a material discrepancy during the course of the boundary survey.
