<br /> <br /> <br />TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (71113) <br />FACILITIES <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />There are 17 City owned facilities that provide a wide range of <br />services to the Redwood City community and general public. The list <br />of facilities includes 5 fire stations, 4 libraries, a City Hall, a police <br />headquarters, and multiple community centers. All of these facilities <br />are well utilized and need scheduled replacement of major <br />equipment, such as heating, ventilation and air condition units, and <br />general facility upgrades, such as security enhancements.
