<br />ROADWAY PAVEMENT MGMT PROGRAM (75586)

<br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION
<br />This program addresses ongoing roadway pavement repair and
<br />replacement needs. The Roadway Management Program inventories,
<br />assesses, and tracks maintenance of the City’s roadways. Each year,
<br />streets are prepared for resurfacing with crack sealing and spot repairs
<br />before being resurfaced with an “overlay,” “cape seal,” or “slurry seal”.
<br />Upcoming projects include:
<br /> Slurry seal on Marine Parkway, Alameda de las Pulgas, Vera
<br />Avenue
<br /> Overlay on segments of Chestnut Street, Middlefield Road,
<br />Spring Street, and Warwick Street

<br />PROJECT STATUS
<br />The 5 year (+) Roadway Pavement Plan has been prepared in coordination with planned wet and dry utility projects.
<br />Finalizing PS&E for 17/18 Overlay Project (construction early 2019) and 18/19 Slurry Seal Project (construction summer
<br />2018).
