RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />1.Adopt a resolution to approve the 2018-2022 Consolidated <br />Plan and the 2018-2019 Annual Action Plan and authorize <br />the City Manager to execute and file documents related to <br />the submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development (HUD). <br /> <br />2.By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute funding <br />agreements with organizations identified in the Annual <br />Action Plan.
