<br />PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES DEPARTMENT 10 <br />Flygt Sewage and Storm Pump Preventative Maintenance Project <br />of its knowledge, no officer, agent or employee of the City who shall participate in any decision <br />relating to this RFP and the resulting contract, currently has, or will have in the future, a personal <br />or pecuniary interest in the Proposer’s business. <br /> <br />Disqualification <br />A Proposer will be disqualified from the RFP process if any of the following apply to the Proposer: <br /> <br />• Evidence of collusion, directly or indirectly, among Proposers in regard to the amount, <br />terms or conditions of this RFP; <br />• Any attempt to improperly influence any member of the selection committee; <br />• Existence of any lawsuit, unresolved contractual claim or dispute between Proposer <br />and the City; <br />• Evidence of incorrect information submitted as part of the Proposal; <br />• Evidence of Proposer’s inability to successfully complete the responsibilities and <br />obligation of the Proposal, and; <br />• Proposer’s default under any previous agreement with the City, which resulted in <br />termination of the Agreement. <br /> <br />Non-Conforming Proposal <br />A proposal shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of these RFP <br />instructions and specifications.
