<br />PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES DEPARTMENT 31 <br />Flygt Sewage and Storm Pump Preventative Maintenance Project <br />Attachment F – Expected Parts and Supplies <br />PART A - PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE The contract price for Part A - Preventative <br />Maintenance is to be determined by this Request for Proposals. Contractor shall submit <br />an invoice to City together with the written report upon completion of each annual <br />inspection. Travel time and overnight expenses are included in contract price. <br /> <br />The following list is a list of parts that it is expected the Contractor will need to have on <br />hand in order to complete the preventative maintenance tasks.
