<br />for record April 9, 1970 in State Highway Map Book No. 5, at Page 30 and recorded in Volume
<br />5867, Page 43 on December 2, 1970, Official Records of San Mateo County, situate in City of
<br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of Parcel 1, as said parcel is shown on Parcel Map No. 90-
<br />1, filed for record on January 14, 1992 in Volume 65, Pages 41 and 42, San Mateo County Records,
<br />said westerly corner also lying on the southeasterly right-of-way line of Island Parkway (formerly
<br />Shoreway Road, 44 feet wide) as shown on said map; thence leaving said southeasterly right-of-way
<br />line and along the northerly right-of-way line of Route 101, as described in the deed to the State of
<br />California, recorded May 12, 1955, in Book 2795, at Page 374 in the Official Records of San Mateo
<br />County, South 55°43'42" West, 53.048 meters to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right, thence
<br />along said curve having a radius of 145.695 meters, through a central angle of 2°02'45", an arc length
<br />of 5.202 meters to the westerly line of aforementioned Parcel 3, said line being the City limits
<br />between the City of Redwood City and the City of Belmont, as shown on that certain Subdivision
<br />Map, filed on August 1", 1988 in Volume 118, Pages 61 through 64, San Mateo County Records;
<br />thence, along said westerly line, North 40°59'47" West, 8.807 meters; thence easterly along a non -
<br />tangent curve to the left, to which a radial line of said curve bears, South 20°19'28" East, having a
<br />radius of 241.800 meters, through a central angle of 12°48'26", an are distance of 54.050 meters to a
<br />point of reverse curvature; thence along said reverse curve to the right, having a radius of 283.867
<br />meters, through a central angle of 2'26'19", an arc distance of 12.082 meters to a point on the
<br />southeasterly right-of-way line of said Island Parkway, said point also being on the westerly line of
<br />said Parcel 1; thence, southwesterly along said the southeasterly right-of-way line, along a non -
<br />tangent curve to the right, from which a radial line of said curve bears, South 50°02'32" East, having
<br />a radius of 41.813 meters through a central angle of 8°45'39", an arc distance of 6.393 meters to the
<br />POINT OF BEGINNING.
