Recommendation: <br />Waive the Second Reading and Adopt an Ordinance to add Chapter 46 <br />"Minimum Wage Ordinance" to the Redwood City Code adopting an <br />increase of the minimum wage for employees working within the City of <br />Redwood City to no less than fifteen dollars ($15.00) per hour by 2020 and <br />finding that the proposed ordinance is not a project under CEQA, and, in any <br />event, exempt under Section 15061 of the CEQA guidelines <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2443 ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 46 OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO A CITY-WIDE MINIMUM WAGE <br />4.
