RESOLUTION NO. P- 2373 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE C -DOCK <br />RESTROOM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the C -Dock Restroom Improvement <br />Project (the "Project") at the Port of Redwood City, 675 Seaport Blvd., Redwood <br />City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Board of Port <br />Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board of Port Commissioners desires to signify its <br />approval thereof and authorize and direct the Port Executive Director to advertise <br />for bids for the work therein described. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for C - <br />Dock Restroom Project," located at the Port of Redwood City, Redwood City, <br />California, prepared by Yousef Moradzadeh of BKF Engineers, 255 Shoreline <br />Drive, Suite 200, Redwood City, CA 94065, a copy of which documents is on file <br />in the office of the Port Executive Director, are hereby approved. <br />2. The Port Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement hereinabove <br />described. <br />C -Dock Restroom Improv.
