Successors and Assiqns. It is mutually understood and agreed that this <br />Grant Agreement will be binding upon the Parties and their respective successors. This <br />Grant Agreement may not be assigned by Grantee without the prior consent of Grantor. <br /> <br />11. Paraqraph Headinqs. Paragraph headings as used herein are for <br />convenience only and will not be deemed to be a part of such paragraphs and will not <br />be construed to change the meaning thereof. <br /> <br />12. Amendment/Modifications. No amendments or modifications in the terms <br />or provisions of this Grant Agreement shall be deemed valid unless in writing and <br />signed by both parties. <br /> <br />13. Severability.
