<br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 30.1, 30.2.1, 30.2.2,
<br />30.2.3, 30.3, 30.4, 30.5, 30.6, 30.7, 30.8, 30.9,
<br />30. 10, 30. 11, 30. 12, 30. 13, 30. 14, 30. 15, 30. 16, and
<br />30.17 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING
<br />ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED RELATING TO OFF-STREET PARKING
<br />AND LOADING REGULATIONS
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City
<br />
<br />has transmitted to this Council its recommendation that the City
<br />
<br />amend certain sections of Ordinance No.
<br />
<br />1130, the Redwood City
<br />
<br />Zoning Ordinance, as amended; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, this Council, based upon its consideration of the
<br />
<br />recommendation
<br />
<br />of
<br />
<br />the
<br />
<br />Planning
<br />
<br />Commission
<br />
<br />and
<br />
<br />the
<br />
<br />evidence
<br />
<br />received
<br />
<br />at
<br />
<br />the
<br />
<br />public
<br />
<br />hearing
<br />
<br />regarding
<br />
<br />this
<br />
<br />amendment
<br />
<br />to
<br />
<br />Ordinance
<br />
<br />No.
<br />
<br />1130,
<br />
<br />the
<br />
<br />Redwood
<br />
<br />City
<br />
<br />Zoning
<br />
<br />Ordinance,
<br />
<br />as
<br />
<br />amended, finds that such amendments are in the public interest;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE;
<br />
<br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1.

<br />30.14, 30.15, 30.16, and 30.17 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood
<br />
<br />City Zoning Ordinance, as amended, is hereby amended to read as
<br />
<br />set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference
<br />
<br />incorporated herein.

<br />SECTION 2.
<br />
<br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days from
<br />
<br />the date of its adoption.
