<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />ARTICLE 30 <br /> <br />OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING <br /> <br />Section 30.1 purpose. The purpose of this article is to <br />require that all uses of land in the City which normally terminate or <br />generate vehicle trips provide on that land, or reasonably close, <br />adequate space on which to park and load the vehicles involved, in <br />order that the public streets may be used primarily for the movement <br />of traffic and not the storage of vehicles. <br /> <br />Section 30.2.1 i In all <br />districts in connection with every use of property and for each <br />building site, there shall be provided off-street parking spaces for <br />vehicles according to the following schedule: <br /> <br />a. Dwellings, single family containing four bedrooms or less: <br />Two covered spaces; not located within any required front or <br />side yard. <br /> <br />b. Dwellings, single family, containing more than four <br />bedrooms: Two covered spaces, plus 0.5 covered space for <br />every bedroom beyond (fractional spaces shall be rounded up <br />to a full space). <br /> <br />c. Accessory units: One uncovered space; not located within <br />any required front or side yard. <br /> <br />d. Dwellings, duplex: Two spaces per unit not located within <br />any required front or side yard. <br /> <br />e. Dwellings, multiple family; includes townhouses, <br />condominiums, and rental apartments: Two spaces per unit, <br />one covered for each unit, plus one space for every four units <br />for guest or visitor parking; not located within any required <br />front or side yard. <br /> <br />For all multiple dwelling developments containing four or <br />more dwelling units on a single site, all required off-street <br />guest or visitor parking spaces shall be clearly marked as <br />"reserved for guests" or "reserved for visitor" parking, or <br />
