<br />DES:djk 7/19/90 (072/26) <br /> <br />r1r-".i:'.'IJr~~. ; <br />\j;i \ ~ ',~,: i . < .j: ' <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />113'1-' <br /> <br />JUL 2 3 199U <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR LEASE AGREEMENT OF <br />COMMUNITY PARK RECREATION BUILDING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 11314 adopted June 11, <br /> <br />1990 by this Council, bids were advertised for lease of the <br /> <br />Community Park Recreation Building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in response to said advertisement, one bid has been <br /> <br />received, and this Council desires and intends to award said <br /> <br />lease agreement to said bidder; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The bid of the National Football League Alumni Association <br /> <br />(San Francisco Chapter), a California corporation, dated July 2, <br /> <br />1990 submitted in response to advertisement for bids for the <br /> <br />lease of the Community Park Recreation Building <br /> <br />(formerly <br /> <br />designated the "Police Youth Activities Building") for a term of <br /> <br />49 years at a rental of $1.00 per year and other good and <br /> <br />sufficient consideration, is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and <br /> <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, that certain lease agreement <br /> <br />enti tIed "Lease Agreement - Community Park Recreation Building" <br /> <br />(form dated 06/06/90) in duplicate original counterparts, and the <br /> <br />City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed thereupon to deliver <br /> <br />one such counterpart to the Lessee. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
