Q. il3lJS <br /> <br />J' i I' f") '2; 1990 <br />uL ':'" I,,' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF COMPUTER UPGRADE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.76 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City this Council has, on motion duly made on the <br /> <br />affirmative vote of at least five (5) members of said Council, suspended <br /> <br />the requirements of Article VII of Chapter 2 of said Code relating to the <br /> <br />purchase of materials, equipment and supplies with regard to the purchase <br /> <br />hereinafer authorized. <br /> <br />2. This Council does hereby authorize and direct the City Manager to <br /> <br />execute a purchase agreement with Prime Computer for an upgrade to the <br />6450 CPU with 64 megabytes of main memory at a total cost not to exceed <br /> <br />$205,000.00 <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br /> <br />documents required in connection with the purchase authorized herein for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City; provided, however, all such <br />documents have first been approved as to from by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
