Those certain plans entitled "Gardenia Park; Key Sheet, <br /> <br /> <br />Improvement Plan, Grading Plan, Details, Profiles, pedestrian <br /> <br /> <br />Bridge, Area Lighting, Dimension Plan, Irrigation Plans, Plating <br /> <br />Plan" and those certain specifications entitled "Gardenia Park <br /> <br /> <br />Technical Specifications", which plans and specifications are now <br /> <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved <br /> <br />and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which <br /> <br />the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed; and <br /> <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and said OWners, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br /> <br />Improvement of Gardenia Park Subdivision", a copy of which is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />11340 <br />
