San Carlos shall maintain the Fleet Service Agreement in place for the entire <br />Term of this Agreement. <br /> 3. Equipment <br /> <br />San Carlos will be responsible for the maintenance and replacement of all capital equipment <br />(equipment the amount of which collectively totals $5,000 or more) located in the Fire Stations and <br />on the Fleet (i.e. self-contained breathing apparatus, communication equipment and personal <br />protective equipment) in accordance with the standards and specifications established by the <br />Redwood City Fire Department and pursuant to the Equipment Replacement Schedule, available <br />upon request. <br /> <br />Equipment used by Redwood City shall be of design, specification and quality that meet the <br />standards of the Redwood City Fire Department and the Redwood City Fleet Services Division. <br /> <br />An Inventory dated October 2012 identifying all equipment owned by San Carlos to be used <br />by Redwood City for the Fire Station, Fleet, and fire suppression duties is available for review upon <br />request to Redwood City. <br /> <br />6.1.D. - Page 18
