2. Pavment Terms. The City shall pay Contractor a flat fee of $65,962.00 per year for inspections and preventative maintenance. This amount includes labor, expected parts, and equipment required to perform the required tasks outlined in Section 1"Annual Preventative Maintenance". For Extra Work, the City shall pay Contractor on an hourly and parts unit price basis not to exceed $75,000 per year. Fees for Extra Work will be based on the actual hours and parts used per the chart delineated below. If any part necessary for Extra Work is not listed in the chart below, the City shall pay a unit price that has been pre -approved by the City.
