<br />DES:r~k 06/27/90 (#19) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />JUL - 9 l~~O <br />No.1133~ <br /> <br />C1 R ~ r~; :".\ r\ ~ <br />. ~ \. g ,..J, ~ i Ii Q '\ il... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 1990-91 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII B of the Constitution of the State of <br /> <br />California places various limitations on the City's powers of <br /> <br />appropriation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Division 9 of the Government Code (commencing with <br /> <br />Section 7900) provides for the implementation of Article XIII B <br /> <br />by various procedures, including the requirement that each local <br /> <br />jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations <br /> <br />limit for the following fiscal year; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />This Council does hereby establish as the appropriations <br /> <br />limit for Fiscal Year 1990-91, the amount shown on Exhibit nAn, <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
