L~.~ it.. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />11'1')Q <br />V ^",,/ c <br /> <br />JUN 25 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXBCUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT F0P TPF DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE <br />OF LANDSCAPING OF MEDIAN STRIPS FOR PUBLIC STREETS IN <br />REDWOOD CITY LOCATED IN CENTRUM BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, and the Centrum O,^mers <br /> <br />Association desire to provide for the design, installation and <br /> <br />maintenance of landscaping within the landscape Median strips for <br /> <br />Oracle Parkway locatec. in the Centrum Business Park in the <br /> <br />Redwood Shores area of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement providing therefor, has been presented <br /> <br />to this Council for i ts approva~_; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COl~N(;n. 01<' THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement Rntitled "Aqreement for Design, <br /> <br />Installation anc Maintenance on Portions cf Oracle Parkway <br /> <br />(Centrum Business Park)" between the City of RedFond City, and <br /> <br />the (;entrum Owners Association for the design, installation and <br /> <br />maintenance of landscaping median strips, on the above descrihed <br /> <br />street, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is herehy made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approve6, ar:(l the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on <br /> <br />hehalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />-It' <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
