<br />CES:mg <br /> <br />107/90 (073/27) <br /> <br />ODii"IN' 1\, I <br />(", 'Ii 1-:1 <br />l~\\."..~ ,~~- <br /> <br />JUN 25 t990 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ 2:1 -l 328 <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />ROUTE REHABILITATION PROGRAM - <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE BUS <br />PHASE I I BETWEEN THE <br />COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br /> <br />the State of California, ("City"), has repaired certain bus <br /> <br />routes within its jurisdiction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires program reimbursement for said street <br /> <br />work; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as provided in that document entitled "Program for <br /> <br />Rehabilitation of Streets Utilized by Transit Vehicles" adopted <br /> <br />by the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors on April 24, 1984, <br /> <br />by Resolution No. 45633, funds have been made available for the <br /> <br />repair of streets used by transit vehicles; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Tha t certain agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and the County of San Mateo, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Between County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City Bus <br /> <br />Route Rehabilitation Program <br /> <br />Phase II" a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. Any and all prior agreements by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and the County of <br /> <br />San Mateo relating to <br />
