<br />CES:mg )6/13/90 (076/27) <br /> <br />t",. <br />, <br /> <br />""': ~ ~ <br /> <br />JUN 25 199LJ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ Q. 11 32(; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br />CONTROLLER CABINETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to, and reviewed by, <br /> <br />this Council plans and specifications for Traffic Signal <br /> <br />Controller Cabinets, as prepared by the City Engineer <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said plans and <br /> <br />specifications and to authorize the advertisement for bids for <br /> <br />furnishing said Traffic Signal Controller Cabinets; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Those certain contract documents entitled "SPECIFICATIONS - <br /> <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLERS" (form dated OS/21/90) describing the <br /> <br />traffic signal controller cabinets that are to be purchased for <br /> <br />the City, a copy of which bid documents are on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, are hereby approved, and the City Clerk <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />furnishing said supplies. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
