<br />DES:djm () ()/') ,1 /90 (079/27) <br />JUN 2 L J9\. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />11322 <br /> <br />OH1:"I~_lf\L <br />i\lb: i\~i-\ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND APPROVING FEES AND CHARGES <br />FOR COPYING, AND CERTIFYING PUBLIC RECORDS, AND <br />PROVIDING OTHER DOCUMENTS OR SERVICES BY THE CITY CLERK <br />DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Fees and charges for providing copies of public records, <br /> <br />certifying copies thereof, and/or providing other documents or <br /> <br />services by the City Clerk Department of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />are hereby established in accordance with the schedule set forth <br /> <br />in Exhibit "A" hereof attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein, said fees and charges are hereby approved <br /> <br />and this Council hereby finds and determines that said fees and <br /> <br />charges do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing <br /> <br />the servive or document to which each such fee or charge <br /> <br />respectively pertains. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
