<br />CES:mgl 0C;/07/90 (069/27) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />O 1.0 I i~ Ill'\! /\ L' <br />. \ U 'U\ <br />N 0.11 31 9 JUN 1 1 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR PURCHASE OF SELECTED MATERIALS - SAND, AGGREGATE, <br />PEA GRAVEL AND FINES - FOR 1990-91 FISCAL YEAR AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to, and reviewed by, <br /> <br />this Council certain contract documents and specifications for <br /> <br />purchase of Selected Materials - Sand, Aggregate, Pea Gravel and <br /> <br />Fines for public work in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />such purchase of Selected Materials <br /> <br />Sand, Aggregate, Pea <br /> <br />Gravel and Fines; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Water & Street Divisions' Selected Materials 1990-91 - <br /> <br />Sand, Aggregate, Pea Gravel and Fines - City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California", prepared in the office of the Director of General <br /> <br />Services and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids as called for in the abovementioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
